Why Should You Attend:
All programs or projects are subject to potential threats to their success. These threats represent themselves as risks to effective execution. The recognition, assessment, and mitigation of risk is an essential element of effective program or project management. Projects seldom progress exactly as planned and it is important to evaluate what the potential threats are, what impact they could have, and how to avoid or mitigate their impact.
This webinar will focus on how to identify threats, how to scope their potential impact, and how they may be avoided or their impact lessened. The webinar will include interactive dialogs to ensure participant understandings and to contribute to the content of the offering.
