Each webinar CD has a series of modules. Our speakers have delivered the modules using PowerPoint slides.

This training is convenient to attend individually or in groups. You don't have to travel from your office. This means you can afford to have your whole team attend. This webinar will be a basic, nuts and bolts program leading participants through the process of creating a written safety plan for evacuation, fire, hazard communication and Others, that complies with OSHA requirements.

About the Instructor:

Don Dressler, has 40 years’ experience in safety, workers' compensation and human resources. He is a Consultant on insurance and risk management issues on workers compensation insurance and safety. Mr. Dressler is also an Attorney focusing on employment and human resources issues, accident investigations and OSHA compliance and workers' compensation defense. A former CEO of a workers' compensation insurer, he is admitted to the California Bar and the Federal Courts. A graduate of Stanford Law School has an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BA from Kansas State University. He is author of California Office Safety and How to Write Your Company's Safety Plan. He is Safety Group Manager for 3,500 legal and financial firms in California and also advises individual clients.

Module 2 : OSHA Record Keeping Compliance (60 Minutes)

This OSHA Recordkeeping training will cover critical aspects of OSHA recordkeeping and its requirements, to be compliant with OSHA regulations.

• Criteria to use in determining whether and injury or illness should be reported on the OSHA Log.

• How to calculate injury and illness rates for their workplace?

About the Instructor:

Dr. Kenneth S. Weinberg , B.A., M.Sc. Ph.D. is an independent consultant who has worked as the Director of Safety in a large teaching hospital in the Boston Area. Both as a consultant and as a safety director, he has dealt with the issues of accurately recording and reporting injuries and illnesses, and has had first hand experience in dealing with OSHA. He has alsom written several books on the topic of safety and dealing with OSHA.
