Based on current trends over 600,000 clinicians in the U.S. will be included in the MIPS in 2019. MIPS Performance Scores in 2019 will be used by CMS to determine potential payment adjustments to all Part B Medicare payments in the 2021 calendar year that will range from -7% to +7% or higher.
