ComplianceOnline

This intensive review program was designed to provide Human Resources professionals all the relevant information in order to be fully prepared for the PHR or SPHR Certification Exam. The Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification demonstrates mastery of the technical and operational aspects of HR practices and U.S Laws and regulations. The Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification is recognized as a professionally relevant credential for those who have mastered the strategic and policy-making aspects of HR management in the United States. In today’s competitive business world, there are numerous reasons why a Human Resources Certification matters. Many people are eager to start a career in Human Resources, as it is a fast-growing career field with many lucrative opportunities. For starters, one out of every two hiring managers prefer candidates with certification. In addition, the U.S Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) projected the demand of human resources professionals to continue growing by an average of 15% through 2025. HR professionals who hold the PHR or SPHR tend to make more money than their peers who do not. Career analysts expect the number of Human Resources jobs to increase in the future and the median annual income for careers in Human Resources is above the national average.

See What People Say About Us

One such person, Elga Lejarza is a person of influence in the field of human resources. In May of 2017, I attended the SPHR preparatory course led by Elga. I routinely refer to this course as a "Total Emersion Course."
The course is designed with one primary goal: to successfully navigate and pass the rigorous SPHR exam. You will not have a single wasted moment with Elga, every minute of her workshops is spent with you, the client, and your success. Upon completion of this "emersion experience," I sat for the SPHR exam in Lexington, KY. one week later. Result: PASS! It is with great pleasure and deserved distinction that I personally recommend Elga Lejarza.
In my opinion, Elga has no competition at her level; there are just other people teaching PHR/SPHR courses.
Thank you, Elga. You represent our profession in a mighty way.
I took Elga's 5 day SHPR/PHR Certification prep class in March 2016. Elga is extremely knowledgeable and communicates very well - her method of teaching isn't just reading she give examples from her vast experience which makes learning so much easier if you can apply to a real life situation. Her passion for the field of HR is addicting. I would highly recommend this class to anyone perusing their SPRH/PHR Certificate. Everything you need to pass is in this class - and with such a great teacher you can't fail! I took the test May 16, 2016 and passed! THANK YOU ELGA!
Thank you for all the information I received from you last week. The training was two days filled with information and real-life experiences. I hope to attend another training soon!

Sea Creatures at Birch Aquarium

Sea Creatures at Birch Aquarium

Birch Aquarium is north of San Diego in La Jolla. It's not as big as some of the other aquariums in California or as flashy as the big sea-themed park down the road, but instead just right, filled with interesting exhibits and home to leafy sea dragons like the one above, creatures so improbably they look more like something from a children's book than from the ocean.

Legoland

Legoland

Legoland theme park takes its inspiration from Lego toys, those cute little bricks that snap together to build all kinds of fun things. It's one of several Legolands worldwide.

San Diego Zoo Safari Park

San Diego Zoo Safari Park

The San Diego Zoo's sister park offers a different kind of animal experience. Its name (Safari Park) is the clue and it indeed offers a more safari-like experience. Lots of large animals live in the same big, open areas here - predators kept away from prey, but otherwise much as they would in their natural habitat.

Coronado Island

Coronado Island

Coronado isn't really an island but a peninsula - a fact that doesn't get in the way of the name most people use for it. Whatever you call it, it's on a slender strip of land between the San Diego Bay and the Pacific Ocean, barely a few blocks wide. What it lacks in size it makes up for in fun, with a beach that's been named among the best in the country, a classic hotel and a compact, lively little downtown. Coronado's laid-back temperament makes a nice break from the busier parts of San Diego across the water.

Balboa Park

Balboa Park

Originally built for temporary use during the 1915-16 Panama-California Exposition in San Diego, Balboa Park boasts buildings beautiful enough to be considered attractions in themselves, especially if you're a photographer. They're surrounded by trees, lawns and fountains, but that's only the beginning.
