Matilda Vasquez is currently an export trade consultant at Merit Trade Consulting Services, LLC (MTC) and is a hazardous materials trainer. She regularly hosts transportation and regulatory training classes for various trade partners and both public and private companies. Her expertise include topics such as Letters of Credit, Foreign Trade Regulations (FTR), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), USDA Export Controls, the Shippers Letter of Instruction (SLI) and International Trade Terms.
