Instructor Profile
Dr. Jarik E. Conrad, SPHR, is the president of the Conrad Consulting Group, LLC. He has broad experience across a number of industries that include transportation, retail, food and beverage, financial services, sports, chemicals, aerospace, and nonprofit organizations. He has held several senior positions in human resources and general management in those industries including Director of Human Resources at CSX Technology and Chief Administrative Officer and Sr. Vice President at the Jacksonville Regional Chamber of Commerce. He has been an adjunct professor at Jacksonville University and still teaches regularly in the department of continuing education at the University of North Florida. He is featured in the book The Masters of Success along with Ken Blanchard, Jack Canfield and several other notable authors. Dr. Conrad received his Doctor of Education degree from University of North Florida. He graduated with a B.A. from the University of Illinois. He also holds an M.B.A. from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University and an M.I.L.R. from the Graduate School of Industrial & Labor Relations at Cornell University. Jarik is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a professional speaker and member of the National Speakers Association (NSA).
