Product Details
When selecting a flexo folder gluer (FFG), a consideration of equal importance is the selection of the material handling equipment for supplying board to the FFG and removing the finished product away from the FFG. To get the best performance, we must apply a “systems” approach which examines each part of the process and their interactions. Since the tasks to convert stacks of blanks into stacks of finished value-added products are all sequential events, the FFG line will only perform as fast and as well as the slowest link allows. (Note that similar considerations also apply to die cutters and other types of finishing equipment.)
