Computer System IQ Template (RiskVal)

• The purpose of this Installation Qualification (IQ) is to verify that all system components (hardware and software) have been installed and also components meet the requirements stated in the system specification (or technical requirements.
• Information Technology (IT) is responsible for authoring and amending this document as required, and for the execution of the protocol.
• Any variance in the use of this protocol or in actual results from expected results has been detailed in a Variance Report (see Appendix D). All variances are closed (complete and approved by QA).
• The prerequisite items identified in the Prerequisites Section must be completed prior to execution of the protocol.
